The St. Paul RCMP is seeking the public’s help to locate 15-year-old Angel Favel, who was last seen on November 3, in Saddle Lake.
Angel is described as having a medium complexion, brown hair, and brown eyes. She stands approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 139 pounds.
